These are a few of my favorite things

Raindrops

These are a few of my favorite things.

Cream colored ponies

and crisp apple strudel

doorbells

image

and sleigh bells

and schnitzel with noodles

image wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

image these are a few of my favorite things

girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes

snow flakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes

silver white winters that melt into springs

these are a few of my favorite things

when the dog bites

when the bee stings

when I’m feeling sad

I simply remember my favorite things

and then I don’t feel so bad

Oh my gosh, this is such a CLEVER post, and I love the Sound of Music! I remember when it first came out (yes, I am that old!) and my mom and dad took my sister and I to the movies to see it. Going to the movies was a BIG deal (at least to us) back then... Money was tight and we didn't do things like that very often! Thanks for the sweet memories of that special day!...
