Homegoods beats Pier1 any day!

Hey everyone! So I was eyeing this bowl at Pier 1 for months! It’s 20 bucks there and I always waited to get it because I knew it would be around a while longer. I don’t know why but I am in love with this bowl! Anyway! I found it at, where else, but Homegoods! For 17 bucks LOL. Not that much of a difference but hey I’m not complaining I was thrilled and obviously I bought it! LOL!

I love its scalloped edges :) I just have an obsession with this bowl haha! I obviously need more lemons but this was my original idea for the bowl :) I love the look of bright yellow lemons in a bowl :) I also got the cutest bowls at Homegoods! They are kind of off white with cherries! You’ll love them! Everyone go to Homegoods LOL.

Hey Allison, congratulations on getting your bowl. It is very pretty with the lemons in it. I was just at Home Goods today and I didn't see either of your bowls there. Sadly, I came out empty handed.:( But I did have some luck at the thrift shops!

When life gives you lemons... find pretty a scalloped edge bowl to contain them and highlight their lemonyness! :)

I decided to keep blogging, mostly because my job is so funny. It shall be the summer tales of Loo Loo

Cheers to shabbyness and great summers!

That ruffled bowl is beautiful! I have never been to a Homegoods...isn't that sad?

That certainly is a savings over Pier I. I have a $20 gift card for there, but I just haven't been able to find something I can't live without. We don't have a Home Goods where I live, but there is one near where we vacation at the shore. I always make my DH stop there.

Let us know what you decided for the top of your tall cabinet.

Why or why isn't there a home goods around here!! I KNOW how expensive those dishes are with the cherries. MUCH more than I wanted to pay...but...the stores that have all these wonderful things are just not here! Shoot!
Thanks for your sweet comment! You are such a doll!

Hi Allison,

Which Home Goods do you go to? We have the one up here near Tustin, but I've only been once around Christmas and the parking was frightening!!! Your bowls are so darling and definitely look great with the lemons...hey, you could make lemon curd...yum!!!

Hi Alli! Oh, I love that beautiful white bowl and aren't you glad you waited a while? The other little bowl is just darling! I'm like you - I love Home Goods! But I'm trying to be good and stay away. That way I won't get into trouble! :)
I'd love to have you snap any time!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
